Minnesota Fix Up Fund Home Improvement Loan

Through the Center for Energy and Environment (CEE), eligible Minnesota homeowners may qualify for the Fix Up Fund Home Improvement Loan, which offers affordable financing for many permanent home improvement projects.
Program highlights include:
- Loan amounts from $2,000 to $75,000
- Financing available for up to 100% of eligible project costs
- Fixed interest rates
- Terms up to 20 years
- No prepayment penalty
- Most permanent home improvement projects qualify
This program is administered by CEE. Homeowners can review eligibility requirements and apply directly through the CEE website.
