I hired Limitless to repair and re-side my house, fix the roof, install new windows and repair and replace one of the two decks. In other words, this was major. I was very happy with my two years of working with Limitless. I'm partly skilled and do know the difference between quality work and slipshod work. Their work shows painstaking attention to detail, never rushing to finish and hiding bad work. They didn't mind my presence on the job and explained as they worked, in part to simply educate me. There was a potential crisis when two windows did not work out as I expected. This might have been a disaster,  but Limitless was magnificent, representing my interests to the manufacturer and in the end I was completely pleased with the results. Chris is a highly skilled estimator, and very personable, and the crew, especially the two Jeffs, Ricardo, and Tom, became friends through the process. While this took a chunk out of the checkbook (!) I'm completely pleased with the results. This is a rebuild of the house I grew up in, a very special project. We needed siding done on one side of our house that had a lot of fittings like our meter reader for example. We requested a quote for the job and within 48 hours they got back to you us. The work was professional and exceeded our expectations. Any time I had question I spoke with Ashley the office manager who made it a point to get back to me with answers in a timely matter. We absolutely love our new deck and are so happy we went with Limitless Exteriors! We ran into issues with our city and our initial deck plans, but Patrick and the team were extremely communicative and helpful through the whole process. We knew what to expect upfront, including with timing expectations and if any changes were anticipated due to weather. In terms of cost, Patrick was transparent about costs and what would be included, so there weren’t any surprises with the pricing or the final bill. Amazing experience with Limitless Exteriors & Remodeling. They put in a service door from our garage to yard. Patrick from Limitless was extremely communicative and friendly. He helped us through every step of the process and even went out of his way to pick up a piece of hardware I had forgotten. All of the crew were friendly and efficient on the day of install. Limitless Exteriors just replaced our windows and installed an egress window for us in December 2023.  I requested quotes from several companies, but Pat at LE was the most responsive and the most helpful person out of all the companies.  Pat got back to me within one day of my request and was at my house the next day, and had my quote to me within a few days.  The other companies took weeks to respond.  Pat was always available whenever I had questions.  LE has financing plans available which was super convenient and easy.  Our windows were manufactured before they expected them to be and the LE team was able to install them far sooner than originally planned.  The entire crew was very friendly and always cleaned up after themselves.  Our new windows look amazing and I really wish we would have done this sooner!
