About Limitless Exteriors

After years of working in the industry for others, Jeff Anderson decided it was time to start building something for himself and his family. Jeff started Zip Zap Remodeling in 2010 before changing the name to Limitless Exteriors and Remodeling in 2012. Limitless continued its mission of helping homeowners while being ethical, moral and hardworking.

Our company mission is to gain and maintain long term customers by providing a trustworthy remodeling company that offers high-quality products, exceptional installation, and fair and honest pricing. To accomplish this, we strive to maintain low overhead costs and develop strong relationships with our vendors, effectively passing savings onto our customers.

Meet Our Team



Jeff Anderson

Owner / Senior Production

Jeff began his career in exterior remodeling in 2000 after graduating from the University of North Dakota with a degree in business management. Over the years Jeff has worked in the industry as an installer, job superintendent, sales representative, production manager, project coordinator and now as owner of Limitless Exteriors and Remodeling.

Jeff grew in Coon Rapids, MN and attended Epiphany Catholic School and graduated from Totino-Grace High School in 1996. Jeff went to the University of North Dakota, graduated with a BS in Business Management, and was a part of the Fighting Sioux football team from 96-00. In '06 and '07 Jeff was a part of the TG Track and Field coaching staff. In 2012, Jeff joined the TG Football coaching staff, where he coached for 3 years until 2014.

Jeff lives in Andover with his wife Kelli and daughters Gwen and Lily. Jeff and his family are members of Renovation Church in Blaine, daughter Gwen enjoys playing softball and basketball, and wife Kelli works at Andover Elementary as the volunteer coordinator while being a ministry leader at Renovation Church in Blaine.  




Chris Larson

Owner / Senior Sales

Chris has been in the residential remodeling industry for over 20 years. For the past 15 years, Chris has primarily worked as a sales professional and project manager. Chris joined Limitless Exteriors and Remodeling in 2016. Chris first began his career working on a house framing crew in WI. After working in the field for a number of years, Chris wanted to work directly with homeowners. So he switched from working in the field to working in the office and in people's homes. Chris brings a wealth of knowledge on all of the different products we install. And combined with his years of carpentry expertise, Chris has his homeowners covered from the basement to the attic!

Chris grew up in Grantsburg, WI and shortly after he turned 18 he moved to the Twin Cities. Chris has two children, Brynn and Blake. Chris loves being with his kids, while enjoying the outdoors. When he’s not coaching his kids sports teams, he enjoys ice fishing during the winter and fishing/hunting in the Summer and Fall. He also enjoys playing golf, fastpitch softball and being around family and friends.




Ashley Otto

Office Manager

Ashley has been in the construction industry for over ten years. She began working as an administrative assistant in 2006 before pursuing a degree in Business Management with concentrations in Human Resources and Administrative.

Ashley grew up in Somerset, WI, and currently still resides there with her husband, Scott, and two children, Tristen and Everly. Between baseball, basketball, and football—you can usually find the family at one of the many games her son has year-round. In their free time, they spend time up north with extended family four-wheeling, fishing, paddle boarding, and enjoying the lake.




Jeff Del Villar

Lead Carpenter

Jeff was born in Oregon but has spent most of his life in Minnesota. He graduated from Chisago Lakes HS and then attended Covenant Bible College in Canada and finished at the University of Northwestern St. Paul. After college Jeff began working as a youth pastor before getting into the construction/remodeling industry in 2017.

Jeff lives in Forest Lake with his wife Katie and daughters Mercy, Jaiden, and Jewel. Jeff enjoys time with his family/friends and likes to keep busy with various woodworking projects.


Patrick Anderson

Project Manager / Sales Representative

After high school, Patrick attended Brown Institute and graduated as an IT major. After graduation, Pat worked as a retail sales consultant at AT&T for sixteen years. In 2020 Pat decided it was time for a change and followed in the family’s footsteps and got into the construction industry.

Patrick resides in Andover with wife Jennifer, daughter Camryn, and their 2 dogs Kiwi and Chewy. Pat enjoys fishing, camping, riding in the side-by-side, and fantasy football.


Mitch Friesz

Production Manager

Mitch started in the construction industry when he was thirteen by helping with the family business in flipping foreclosed homes. As Mitch got older, he branched off from the family and ended up on the exterior side of the trade installing roofing, siding, gutters, and framing.

Mitch grew up in North Dakota and currently resides in Becker with his wife Shannon and their children Connor, Andrew, and Christian. Mitch enjoys golfing, fishing, gun sports, and all Minnesota sports teams.


Thomas Windsor

Carpenter

Tom grew up in Minnesota and worked in the construction industry straight out of high school. While working, Tom attended tech school for seminary. Tom has many years of experience with remodeling, roofing and siding installation.

Tom currently resides in Lindstrom with his girlfriend Carla and two sons Bryson and Dakota. While Tom is in the middle of remodeling his own home, Tom loves to spend his spare time at the gun range, hunting, fishing, hiking, camping, and spending time with his family.


Chad Clough

Carpenter

After growing up and graduating from Richfield HS, Chad enlisted in the United States Army. After his service ended, Chad went to St. Paul Tech for flooring coverings and was in the that industry for over 14 years. Chad switched to general carpentry in 2017.

Chad resides in Lino Lakes with his wife Nicolette. He enjoys deer hunting, fishing, football, and hockey.


Ricardo Santana

Carpenter

Ricardo grew up in Ecuador and moved to the United States in 2011. While in Ecuador, he achieved a bachelor’s degree in Theology. He is currently working on his master’s degree at North Park University. He started in the construction industry at a young age.

He resides in Scandia with his wife, Elizabeth and daughter, Ella May Alegria. He enjoys traveling back to Ecuador on missionary trips, soccer, running, and spending time with his family.
